John Skelton
UX designer & product builder living in Portland, OR.
I enjoy collaborating with teams to ship mobile and web experiences that build community and brands. I like to research, prototype, design and test innovative UI solutions that inspire design and engineering teams to create products people love. I try to balance a healthy obsession with visual design details —typographic kerning pairs, motion, and icon vectors — with egoless leadership and humility.
I live in Southwest Portland, Oregon with my wife, sixteen-year-old son, and our dog named George Michael.
When I'm not designing all the design things, I like to hike, backpack, camp, canoe and fish around the PNW. At home I like to cook and garden. I have also survived coaching Elementry School level soccer and baseball.
